Base includes Home, Buy, Rent, About Us and Contact, with property listings, enquiry forms and required legal information. Pro adds up to 15 content pages. Select manages 30 content pages in total; property listings are outside that count. Pricing is per agency website.
Base creation includes three consolidated rounds of revisions within the agreed brief, then one straightforward amendment each month. Pro includes three monthly changes. An amendment changes existing copy, imagery or team details; correcting our defects does not use your allowance. Additional layouts, brands, substantial migration and custom integrations are quoted first.
Select reviews all 30 managed pages every month, updating information and improving content where useful. It does not promise compulsory rewrites or search rankings. Its defined experience scope is agreed at setup. Other ModelProp product subscriptions and usage remain separate.

What exactly is free?
Base website creation is free when you take any one additional paid ModelProp product. You pay £499 shared setup for the first additional product, £79/month website management and the chosen product subscription. Partner discounts apply to the stated setup, creation and monthly management prices.
Why do you recommend Pro?
Pro combines individual design, up to 15 additional content pages, local and team stories, search and AI discovery optimisation, three monthly changes and enquiry reporting. Website creation is £1,999 on top of shared setup, with £99/month management.
What would the basic dashboard show?
Website availability, last successful property sync, listing count, form-delivery status, monthly visitors and confirmed enquiries, plus change allowance and request progress. The dashboard demonstration uses fictional example data. Pro adds working source and page comparisons in its preview; live analytics are connected during customer setup.
What does search and AI discovery optimisation mean?
Useful visible content, clear page titles and descriptions, local and service-page links, and structured information that helps systems understand the page. Demo pages deliberately stay out of search indexes because the agency is fictional. Customer indexing and analytics are configured and checked at launch. No ranking or AI citation is guaranteed.
What does Select manage each month?
Thirty content pages are reviewed for accuracy, usefulness and search presentation. Updates respond to changed information, agency knowledge and visitor needs. Your review report shows what changed and why. Search or AI citations cannot be guaranteed.
Do Select's experiences include every other product?
No. Select designs the experience and connects the products you subscribe to. DiscoverProp, ValProp, ChatProp, ContentProp and media products retain their own subscription, permission and usage requirements.
Can you keep our brand and domain?
Yes. Your approved brand stays yours. We agree domain and migration work in the brief. A redesign is not permission to change your identity.
Can unused allowances roll over?
Metered product allowances can carry forward for up to three months, retaining original expiry and using earliest-expiring units first. The applicable allowances are stated in your order.
Are these complete live customer services?
The demos show design and interactive browsing with fictional data. Customer feeds, enquiry delivery, analytics and other integrations are connected and checked during an authorised implementation. Forms and campaign previews are simulations.
